The City Council of the City of Wetumpka has been presented with a Petition to approve the vacating of an undeveloped right of way in the City of Wetumpka. Such undeveloped right of way is described as follows:
Description of 15-foot alleyway from Coosa Street to Sub Lot 3:
Beginning at the intersection of the southwest corner of Sub Lot 7 of Original Lot 182 in West Wetumpka and the North Right of Way for Coosa Street, said point being on the southeast corner of the 15’ alleyway herein described; thence run north along the west boundary of said Sub Lots 7, 6, 5, and 4 of said Original Lot 182 in West Wetumpka to the southwest corner of Sub Lot 3; thence run west 15 feet more or less, to the east boundary line of Sub Lot 11, Original Lot 182 in West Wetumpka; thence run south along said east boundary line and along the east boundary lines of Sub Lots 10, 9, and 8, of said Original Lot 182 in West Wetumpka, to the North right of way line of Coosa Street; thence run 15 feet more or less, along said North right of way line of Coosa Street back to the point of beginning;
The purported owners of the properties abutting such undeveloped right of way are:

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at the Wetumpka City Hall, 212 S. Main Street in Wetumpka, Alabama in the City of Wetumpka the 21st day of March 2022 at 6:00p.m. to consider the request of the identified parties to the City Council of the City of Wetumpka to assent to such vacating of such undeveloped right of way.
Any citizen alleging to be affected by the proposed vacation may submit a written objection to the City Council of the City of Wetumpka or may request an opportunity to be heard at such Public Hearing.
