Participants are encouraged to print a copy of the Rules and Regulations for their records and to keep it with them throughout the pageant process.

Terms and Conditions

1)Entry Fee & Submission Deadline
A non-refundable entry fee of $60 must be submitted along with this form by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, October 18, 2024.
-Entry forms may be delivered in person to the City of Wetumpka Administrative Building, located at 408 South Main Street (next to the Wetumpka Civic Center), or mailed to the following address: Christmas on the Coosa Pageants, P.O. Box 936, Wetumpka, Alabama 36092.
-Checks should be made payable to Christmas on the Coosa.

2)Eligibility
Applicants must either attend school in or reside within Elmore County to be eligible to participate in the pageant.

3)Application Requirements
The application will not be accepted unless the following are provided:
-Payment of the entry fee
-Required photographs

4)Judging
Participants will be judged based on the rules and criteria furnished with this application.

5)Winner Obligations
-I understand that if I am declared a winner, I will be required to participate in all Christmas on the Coosa events and other activities as specified by the organizers.
-As a representative of Christmas on the Coosa, I agree to fulfill these obligations as outlined.
Should I fail to meet these commitments, I will forfeit my title and any prizes associated with it.

6)Liability Waiver
By submitting this application, I agree to release and hold harmless the Miss Christmas on the Coosa Pageant and the City of Wetumpka from any liability related to personal injury, theft, or damage to personal property during the event.
